PSP homebrew developer ZX-81, who seems to have a penchant for retro video game systems, has done it again with the release of PSPHugo, an emulator of the NEC PC Engine console.This is the emulator's first release, so some games may experience some graphical glitches. Be sure to read the documentation included with the download for installation instructions, as well as the schema for the controls.
